If she types about:addons into the address bar, does it say that the extension is disabled? Newer versions of Firefox (should just be Nightly and Developer, not the main line) disable unsigned addons by default.

Does anyone have any specific name for this extension? I can’t remember such an extension existing, and I’m pretty sure the XKit Guy was against tracking things like unfollowers…
