It looks almost exactly like the old XKit, and has all the old extensions. We’re just updating the old code.

This has been fixed and should be available tomorrow when the other person gets online.

You’re thinking of the No Sidebar extension.

I think someone else had the same issue and fixed it by restarting their browser. If that doesn’t work, shoot us another ask.

Thanks for this. It’s beginning to look like Firefox users will keep their settings, and Chrome users won’t. Unfortunately, this isn’t fixable because it depends on the old XKit, not our new version.

This is now fixed!
I’m not the anon that asked about it, but here’s a screencap of what this post is talking about - the white new post bar that normally stays at the top gets dragged down with everything else.
Could you please tell us what extensions you have installed? This looks like an extension-related issue. Thanks.

We forked this from XKit which has some incredibly broad permissions. While restricting the permissions is a goal, doing so would require a large amount of testing. If you want to contribute to restricting permissions, send an ask off anon and I can walk you through how to test with limited permissions.

Many people have been asking about this and I am glad to report that the latest updates of One Click Postage and Auto Tagger (versions 4.0.0 and 0.6.3) should fix many of the issues involving tagging on the dashboard. Queuing posts still doesn’t work because that requires Tumblr API nonsense.

This should be fixed now.
