For instance I have multiple RP accounts and multiple google profiles but basically use the same settings on all of my xkits so it would be nice to only have to configure once, but then be able to upload the settings on all my profiles.

There actually are plans on redoing XCloud thanks to a very ambitious and very wonderful contributor. Creating a local backup and restore function is also on our radar but will probably not happen before the XCloud replacement
