Current issues with Tag Viewer resolved

Tumblr changed some things on the background, causing the Tag Viewer extension to load forever. This has now been fixed with version 0.4.2, which will install itself automatically, or you can force an update of your extensions through the “Other” tab in the XKit control panel.

apologies if this has been asked already, but it seems like Tag Viewer no longer works when the "side view" is open. For example, I used to check the tags on my posts by going to my activity page, clicking on the post, and then it would open up in side view and i'd check the tags. Now when it opens a post, it no longer shows you just that post, but rather your or someone else's entire blog, and the tag viewer option is not there. I hope that all made sense, thanks so much!

That’s a known issue and is being worked on.

hey sorry i know you got so many questions coming in. And we appreciate all that you're doing. You're hardcore. But I've become so spoiled with being able to view other people's tags and now I can't. Is there something I can do with the extension in order to view them again? Cheers!

I think someone else had the same issue and fixed it by restarting their browser.  If that doesn’t work, shoot us another ask.
