Has the Chrome issue where Blacklist and such doesn't carry over normally like Firefox does been fixed or is on the list of things to fix? Its basically the only thing preventing me from switching over because I have a lot of Blacklist words (I read before that not even XCloud works for some reason)

There’s an export option that you can use to save your blacklist in the move. Just copy the text to a file, then paste it back in using the import option once you’ve installed the new version.

I cannot for the life of me remember what extension those were supposed to be from, but whatever it is, it isn't working. When I visit a blog the top right corner looks the same as it does on a computer without xkit installed. It's looked like that for the past couple days, and I'm fully updated and using chrome.

Thanks for the information! This is a Chrome-specific permissions bug. It will be fixed by an update later today.

This is a Tumblr problem. If everything started running super slow for you right after notes came back, this is also a Tumblr problem. To quote the other dev, “They probably fucked up a migration and are now running off of backups with everything on fire.“

You’re right. They’re still visible (and functional!) on the popup blog sidebar, though the icons are now screwy. We’re going to wait a bit and see if the issue solves itself when Tumblr staff fixes notes.

I went to download xKit for Firefox, and opened tumblr, and nothing happened. I opened a new tab and window, nothing happened. Am I doing something wrong, or????

We’re pretty sure this is caused by corrupted data from old XKit. Usually, you can uninstall old XKit and still keep all your settings when you install the new version, but sometimes those settings will get corrupted during the move. The solution right now is to refresh Firefox and then reinstall New XKit.
